INCIDENT #073 · SECURITY

A permit exists but an earlier rule wins

Hard25 minutesPro lab

The incident

HTTPS from 10.153.10.0/24 fails even though a matching permit appears in the application ACL. ICMP and the other service branch work. Inspect the rule order.

Your objective

Restore the documented application transport flows and return reachability. Keep SSH blocked, preserve the working telemetry branch, and do not remove security boundaries or change interface addresses.
