INCIDENT #057 · BGP

A valid BGP prefix with a hidden forwarding trap

Hard25 minutesPro lab

The incident

BGP contains the application prefix. The lower half of that subnet is unreachable, but the upper half and telemetry services still work.

Your objective

Restore the documented flows for 10.137.30.0/24, including the return path to the affected client. Preserve the other service branch, all transit links, and SSH isolation. Do not change interface addresses or the physical topology.
