INCIDENT #067 · OSPF

Neighbors recover but the application does not

Expert35 minutesPro lab

The incident

A hardening and advertisement change landed together on the application edge. The application remains unreachable. Restoring neighbor health alone may not satisfy the complete objective.

Your objective

Restore the documented flows for 10.147.30.0/24, including the return path to the affected client. Preserve the other service branch, all transit links, and SSH isolation. Do not change interface addresses or the physical topology.
