The incident

Only 10.131.30.10 is unreachable. Another application host at 10.131.30.200 and the telemetry branch still work. Restore the individual host without replacing the healthy subnet routes.

Your objective

Restore the documented flows for 10.131.30.0/24, including the return path to the affected client. Preserve the other service branch, all transit links, and SSH isolation. Do not change interface addresses or the physical topology.
