The incident

Both application subnets, 10.140.30.0/24 and 10.140.31.0/24, stopped working after a cleanup. The telemetry branch is still reachable. Restore both applications.

Your objective

Restore the documented flows for 10.140.30.0/24, including the return path to the affected client. Preserve the other service branch, all transit links, and SSH isolation. Do not change interface addresses or the physical topology.
