The incident

All expected OSPF neighbors are present. The application /24 is learned, yet 10.136.30.10 fails while 10.136.30.200 works.

Your objective

Restore the documented flows for 10.136.30.0/24, including the return path to the affected client. Preserve the other service branch, all transit links, and SSH isolation. Do not change interface addresses or the physical topology.
