HTTPS to 10.157.30.10 works, while the same client and port fail for 10.157.30.200. Both destinations are covered by the documented application /24.

Your objective

Restore the documented application transport flows and return reachability. Keep SSH blocked, preserve the working telemetry branch, and do not remove security boundaries or change interface addresses.
