INCIDENT #075 · SECURITY

The right port with the wrong transport

Hard25 minutesPro lab

The incident

An internal application uses TCP/8443. Its route and port number look correct, but its transport probe is denied. This is a packet-policy exercise, not a live application or TLS test.

Your objective

Restore the documented application transport flows and return reachability. Keep SSH blocked, preserve the working telemetry branch, and do not remove security boundaries or change interface addresses.
