PacketDojo referral terms
PacketDojo is operated by Optimesh Technologies. For service, billing, privacy, or policy questions, contact contact@optimesh.ai.
The referral offer supplements our Terms of Service and Billing Policy. Accepting an invitation does not authorize a payment.
The offer
An eligible friend and referrer each earn $5 USD in non-cash subscription credit. The friend must accept a valid invitation within 30 days of creating their verified account, before any subscription, and make their first qualifying Pro payment within 90 days of acceptance. The referrer can have up to three reserved or qualifying invitations in a rolling 365-day period. Expired or rejected invitations release unused reservations.
When credits are earned
The friend’s first paid invoice must be an eligible USD Pro subscription, funded by a direct credit or debit card at full price, with at least $19 actually paid. Free trials, $0 invoices, other promotional discounts, account-credit funding, split payments, prepaid cards and wallet payments do not qualify. A trial can precede the first paid invoice, but the invitation must be accepted before starting that subscription. After 30 days, we check that the subscription remains active and the payment has not been refunded, disputed or credited back. Checks run daily and can take additional time if a provider is unavailable.
Both accounts must keep verified email addresses. The referrer must also have an independent, eligible paid Pro subscription before their credit is issued. An earned pending reward can wait for this until 365 days after the invitation; it then expires. Credits already issued reduce the next USD invoice finalized for that PacketDojo billing customer. They cannot change an invoice already finalized, so a credit may appear after the next scheduled renewal rather than on it.
Fair use
No self-referrals, reciprocal referrals, multiple-account or email-alias schemes, reused payment methods, or attempts to evade limits. A new-customer reward can be claimed only once per account and verified billing identity. Do not send unsolicited invitations or imply an employment guarantee. We check keyed identity markers, payment status and request limits. Shared households and organizations may require support review; an IP address alone is not proof of fraud.
Limits, cancellation and privacy
Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred or refunded for money, and do not change the subscription’s renewal terms. Unissued rewards can be canceled if a qualifying payment is refunded or disputed, an account is deleted, or eligibility fails. We do not add a new charge to recover an already-spent referral credit. Account deletion removes unused credit with the billing account, subject to applicable rights. Future offers may change; recorded accepted terms govern a valid pending invitation.
We store the invitation relationship, accepted terms, eligibility and credit ledger to administer this program. The referrer sees aggregate invitation and reward counts, not the friend’s identity, card data or reason for rejection. We do not access address books or send invitations automatically. Abuse-prevention hashes may remain for up to 365 days after the claim, including after deletion; see the Privacy Policy. Contact us if you believe a claim was rejected incorrectly.
